This happens to be one of my favorite remodel projects. TLC Handy Solutions got the call on a little rental property that needed to be cleaned up for resale. This home had a lot of opportunity for improvement. The prior residents did a number on it. The walls were covered in cigarette smoke stains, the carpets full of pet stains and the home, well it didn't smell so pleasant. We started by ripping out all the carpet and kitchen/bath floors. Then proceeded to clean and paint the stained walls. The next project was cleaning up the kitchen and baths. Turning them shiny new with custom tile floors. After all that was complete we installed new carpet. The home was now turn key! The owner put it back on the market and got a fast sell. Score for both us.
